To book an appointment, we process the selected treatment, date and time, your name, email address and – if voluntarily provided – your telephone number. Medical or health information is not requested and must not be entered in the booking form. Processing is carried out under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to take steps before entering into and to perform the treatment contract.
Booking data is stored in a PostgreSQL database operated by Neon, Inc. Transactional appointment confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations are sent through Resend, Inc. The website and its server-side functions are provided by Netlify, Inc. We enter into the required data-processing agreements with these processors. Where data is transferred to third countries, in particular the United States, the transfer is based on the applicable data protection safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
The secure management link contains a random access token; only a cryptographic hash is stored in the database. Booking data is generally anonymised 24 months after the appointment unless statutory retention duties require longer storage. Email delivery data is deleted in accordance with Resend's applicable retention periods. Appointment emails do not contain advertising.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address from you. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure.
